Because this coaching is fully engaged, I offer one coaching experience — all athletes receive the same level of attention and care. Pricing reflects commitment length only, not access.

3-month commitment

Per Month $495 billed upfront

Best for athletes ready to commit to the process. This is the ideal timeframe for adaptation, continuity, and sustainable progress.

6-month commitment

$150

Per Month $900 billed upfront
Best for athletes training through a full season or race cycle.

3. Confirmation & Setup

We’ll confirm the beginning of training and setup Training Peaks, payment plan, etc.

4. Custom Training Plan!

Your first custom training plan will be ready within 3-5 days.
