We take your personal situation into consideration when creating a plan that works best for you and your goals.

Run Plans

I create training plans specific to where you are now, and where you are going, while taking into consideration your lifestyle and other commitments. I believe that all athletes should receive the same level of attention and detail to their training, therefore, I offer the same coaching style and consideration to runners of all abilities and with any running goals.

Plans and Rates

Tiered plan rates are based on time only. All Designed for Distance athletes will receive the same attention and support for their training regardless of the plan they choose. There are no tiered options where you have to pay more for additional services!

Achieve Your Goals

Nutrition

Nutrition is energy, and food is good! Designed for Distance offers nutrition coaching with any run plan.  Learning how to fuel your body, enjoy your meals and snacks, and reach your goals is vital to your success as a runner. We do not believe in arduously restrictive diets, and do not use numbers on a scale to evaluate health.

"Fitness is 20% exercise and 80% nutrition. You can't outrun your fork."

Price: $59 per month, may only be added to current run training plan

Includes:

  • Initial consultation specific to current diet (in addition to run consult)
  • Guidance on micro- and macronutrients, metabolic rates, and calorie goals
  • Set-up of nutrition tracking
  • Weekly messaging
  • Includes monthly check-in(s): athlete may choose between two 30-minute or one 1-hour personalized consultations to discuss progress and address specific needs.

Runners LOVE to talk running, so why not have a community of runners who can get together regularly to talk all things running. The D4D Run Club will be open to all members for life. Coming soon: D4D Run Club membership fee.
